To achieve this TEN Video Communications uniquely equips our service engineer with a motorcycle, he can therefore be anywhere in central London usually within the hour. Our rapid response engineer is equipped with the tools and consumable items to resolve many video conferencing problems and, unless you have suffered a complete hardware failure, he can resolve a problem there and then. If replacement parts are required, he can quickly and efficiently identify the parts required and will then call on the assistance of further support staff to deliver a permanent solution. In the mean time we will endeavour to give you a temporary working solution to get you “up and running” again with minimum disruption.
