Sometimes it is difficult to know whether a new technology will enhance your working practices or not, especially when the only way to really tell is by deploying the technology in the first place. The evaluation programme is designed to allow you an opportunity to experience video conferencing communications within your own environment and without financial obligation. Following a consultation conducted by one of our experienced account managers, we will install equipment in your nominated location(s) for a period of 2 weeks – allowing your staff to utilise this modern and effective communications medium, and to assess the effectiveness of the video conferencing first hand.
If, by the end of the evaluation period, video communications are judged not to have enhanced your working practices, then TENvc will remove all equipment without charge.
