Can I make calls using my Video Conferencing room system?
Yes. Standards based video conferencing users may connect directly to the service simply by using their IP address.
Does the account holder have to be in every virtual meeting?
We do not have this restriction. You are subscribing to a virtual meeting service powered by Visual Nexus and any of your users can make calls or join meetings at any time as long as no more than the maximum numbers of users are already making calls.
Is there a limit to the amount of calls that I can make?
There is no limit to the number of calls you can make or the length of those calls.
Can I bring guests into my meetings?
It is sometimes a requirement to have guest join a meeting. If they have access to their own video conferencing solution you can dial them directly from your account. If they do not have a solution you can create them an account on your hosted service and allow them to download the software free of charge.
Can any one else see my accounts or call me on the service?
No, your accounts on the service are not visible to anyone else.
