TEN have been the AV supplier to Northgate for all six of the BSF schools built in Bristol since summer 2007. These were the first of the BSF schools built in the country, and a major learning curve for all of the Northgate personnel and suppliers involved. I managed all of these projects on behalf of Northgate.
I have been managing projects of this type for over 20 years, and in my opinion the most important characteristic of every part of the project team is that they do what is asked of them in the agreed timescales. The second most important characteristic is that they deal promptly and creatively with any issues that arise, especially when working to tight deadlines and under difficult conditions on site. TEN have met both of these requirements on every task we have given them, and I would fully support using them on future projects: I hope to be working with them next year on the Bristol Wave 4 schools
